Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of amikacin atomization inhalation on severe pneumonia and its effects on pulmonary function of patients. Methods Eighty-eight patients with severe pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 patients in each group. All the patients were treated by intravenous injection of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium plus 0.9% sodium chloride solution 5.0ml atomization inhalation,on this basis, the patients in observation group were treated by amikacin atomization inhalation. The clinical curative effects, bacterial clearance rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed, moreover lung function indexes and blood gas related indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).After treatment the levels of IC,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.01),however,the levels of FRC were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.01).Moreover the levels of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.01),but the levels of PaCO2 and CRP were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01).In addition, there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The amikacin atomization inhalation has obvious clinical efficacy in treatment of severe pneumonia, which can effectively remove bacteria, improve pulmonary function of patients and arterial blood gas indexes, with higher safety, therefor, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
