Therapeutic effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with small incision cholecystectomy on gallstones

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with small incision cholecystectomy in treatment of gallstone.Methods One hundred patients with gallstones who were treated in our hospital from August 30,2015 to July 28,2016 were divided into two groups according to the different surgical methods.The 50 patients in experimental group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the other 50 patients in control group were treated by small incision cholecystectomy,then the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were significant differences in intraoperative hemorrhage volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time between two groups (P ＜0.05).On 12h,24h after operation the levels of inflammatory factors including tL-6 and CRP in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The survival qualities including physiological function state,subjective symptom,social activity and daily life condition,total scores in experimental group were significantly superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of postoperative complications between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Both laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects on gallstones,however,laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less trauma during operation,which can decrease stress reaction and shorten rehabilitation time of patients.
