Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of CT-guided pereutaneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy in differential diagnosis between benign lung tumor and malignant lung tumor. Methods Fifty-six patients with lung tumor who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled as the subjects. The pathological specimens of patients were obtained by using CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy, then the pathological types of bronchial lung cancer were diagnosed by CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodular biopsy in three different ways including cytology smear, biopsy histology, cytology smear + biopsy histology. Moreover the pathological specimens and surgical specimens were identified by means of SPSS20.0 statistical software analysis. Results In cytology smear, there were 6 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,8 cases of adenocarcinoma and 4 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma. In biopsy histology, there were 7 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of adenocarcinoma and 1 case of adenosquamous carcinoma. In cytology smear + biopsy histology, there were 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,8 cases of adenocarcinoma and 3 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma. There were 10 cases (55.6%) of pathological specimens whose examination results of individual cell smear by CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy were accordant with those of pathological specimens by surgical resection,so were 14 cases (58.3%) between alone biopsy histopathological specimens and surgical resection pathological specimens, moreover, there were 8 cases (51.76%) of pathological specimens whose examination results by cell smear + biopsy history were accordant with those of pathological specimens by surgical resection. There were significant differences in the examination results between the pathological specimens by percataneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy and those by surgical resection (P < 0.05).Moreover there were 12 cases (60.05 %) of pathological specimens of squamous cell carcinoma by pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy whose examination results were accordant with those of pathological specimens by surgical resection,so were 8 cases (33.3%) of adenocarcinoma pathological specimens and 6 cases (50.0%) of adenosquamous carcinoma pathological specimens.Besides there were significant differences in the pathological examination results between the pathological specimens by percataneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy and those by surgical resection (P < 0.05).Conclusion The CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodular puncture biopsy has higher accuracy in differential diagnosis between benign lung tumor and malignant lung tumor, which is a safe examination way, therefor, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
