Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of mosapride combined with motilium on gastric dynamia and blood glucose control of patients with chronic type 2 diabetes mellitus gastroparesis. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic type 2 diabetes mellitus gastroparesis who were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.According to random number table, these patients were divided into mosapride + motilium group and simple motilium group, with 60 patients in each group. The patients in simple motilium group were treated by routine hypoglycemic drugs and oral motilium 10 mg,however, the patients in mosapride + motilium group,on the basis of simple motilium group, were treated by oral mosapride 5mg,and the patients in both groups were given drugs on 20 min before meal,3 times a day, with a treatment course of one month, following up for 12 months. The serum levels of gastrin, motilin, somatostatin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA),moreover the therapeutic effects, adverse reactions and gastric emptying time, fasting blood glucose (FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose (2HPBG),glycosylation hemoglobin (HbA1c),the serum levels of gastrin, motilin, somatostatin and accumulation relapse rates on 4,8,and 12 months after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results The effective rates in mosapride + motilium group were obviously higher than those in simple motilium group, moreover, the gastric emptying time after treatment in the former was significantly shorter than that in the latter (P < 0.05).After treatment the levels of FBG,2hPBG,HbA1 c in mosapride + motilium group were significantly lower than those in simple motilium group, moreover, the blood glucose control rate in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter (P < 0.05).The serum levels of gastrin in mosapride + motilium group were obviously lower than those in simple motilium group, but the serum levels of motilin and somatostatin in the former were significantly higher than those in the latter (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in incidence rates of adverse reactions between mosapride + motilium group and simple motilium group (P >0.05).The accumulation relapse rates on 8,12 months after treatment in mosapride + motilium group were significantly lower than those in simple motilium group (P < 0.05),however,there were no significant differences in accumulation relapse rates on 4 months after treatment between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The mosapride combined with motilium can effectively enhance the therapeutic effects on chronic type 2 diabetes gastroparesis and can improve blood glucose control, moreover, which can obviously improve gastric dynamia and gastric emptying of patients, without increasing the risk of incidence of adverse reactions of patients, therefor, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
