Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Qingyilidan granules combined with cefazolin sodium on pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods Sixty-two patients with pancreatitis who underwent ERCP were randomly divided into control group (n=31) and observation group (n=31).The patients in control group were given Qingyilidan granules ,1 bag once, three times a day, however, the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group, were given cefazolin sodium by intravenous drip, 2.0g once, once a day, with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the changes of inflammatory factors, amylase (AMS),lipase (LPS) and paraoxonase 1 (PON1) were observed and compared between two groups. Results The therapeutic effects in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).As compared with those in control group, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms including abdominal distention, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and the disappearance time of peritoneal irritation in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0.05).After treatment the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05),however, the serum levels of IL-10 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The serum levels of AMS and LPS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05),but the serum levels of PON1 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effec ts of cefazolin sodium combined with Qingyanlidan granules is superior to those of simple cefazolin sodium in treatment of pancreatitis after ERCP,thus, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
