Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Reqinglin granules on urinary system infection after renal calculi surgery. Methods Seventy-six patients with urinary system infection after renal calculi surgery were randomly divided into control group (n=38) and observation group (n=38).The patients in control group were treated with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate by intravenous drip,2g/time,once a day, however, the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group, were treated by Reqinglin granules,2 bags/time,3 times a day, continuously for 7 days. The therapeutic effects after treatment, bacterial eradication rate and renal function related indexes including creatinine (Cr),urea nitrogen (UN),microalbuminuria (DMII) and oxidative stress proteins NOX2,NOX4,DUOX1 were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effects and bacterial eradication rate in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).After treatment the levels of Cr,UN,SOD in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the levels of DMII, MDA, NOX2, NOX4 and DUOX1protein between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with Reqinglin granules on urinary system infection after renal calculi surgery are superior to those of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate only, thus, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
