Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with CIN were retrospectively analyzed in the past 10 years, which included the examination results of liquid based cytology test (TCT) test,HC2-HpVDNA,colposcopy,multi-point biopsy, in order to determine the clinical characteristics of ICP and the prognosis of patients after treatment by ICP taper cutting surgery. Results The patients with ICP manifested mainly no symptoms, accounting for 48.3%,in which, contact bleeding accounted for 9%,vaginal discharge 27%,irregular vaginal bleeding 4.5%,genital itching 13.5%.With the increase of CIN grade, the infection rate of HVP was increased obviously, which in CIN III was the highest (97.1%),however,which in CIN I level was lowest (72.0%),with total infection rate of HVP being 87.6%.The atypical squamous cell (ASCUS) was found in 22 patients,31 cases had low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), 30 cases had high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, moreover, there were 6 normal or inflammatory cases.Among 88 cases detected by colposcope, the detection rate was 98.9%,and 1 case of CIN grade I and 1 case of CIN grade III showed no abnormal images. The relapse rate was 14.6% and the improvement rate was 89.9%.Conclusion The 89 patients with CIN show different grades, with different clinical characteristics, thus, to carry out necessary examination and take reasonable measures can reduce relapse rate and improve prognoses of patients.
