Expression and clinical significance of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in chondrosarcoma
Abstract：Objective To observe the expression of CyclinD 1 and CDK4 proteins in chondrosarcoma ,and to explore their action mechanism in pathogebesis and development of chondrosarcoma .Methods The expression levels of CyclinD 1 and CDK4 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP).Results The highe-xpression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 was found in chondrosarcoma tissues , moreover , the expression levels of CyclinD 1 were positively correlated to those of CDK 4( P<0.05).Conclusi on The high-expressin of CyclinD1 and CDK 4 exists in chondrosarcoma tissues,which plays an important role in pathogenesis and development of chondrosarcoma .
