Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of blood perfusion frequency differences on the levels of inflammatory cytokines, calcium and phosphorus metabolism and the infection risk of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis. Methods One hundred and sixty patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n =80) and observation group (n =80).The patients in control group,on the basis of high-flux hemodialysis, were treated by blood perfusion once every 2 weeks, however, the patients in observation group,on the basis of high-flux hemodialysis, were treated by blood perfusion once a week. The short-term therapeutic effects, the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6,blood calcium, blood phosphate, calcium and phosphate product,Hb,ALB,SF-36 life quality scores and incidence rate of infection were observed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical effects in observation group were superior to those in control group (P < 0.05).The levels of inflammatory cytokines in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in control group (P < 0.05).After treatment the calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels in observation group were superior to those before treatment and those in control group (P <0.05).The levels of Hb and ALB in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in control group (P < 0.05).The SF-36 life quality scores in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in control group (P < 0.05).However there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of infection between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion To increase blood perfusion frequency in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of patients, alleviate micro-inflamatory status, improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism and nutrition status, and can enhance life quality, without increasing incidence rate of infection.
