Analysis for the factors influencing the prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influencing factors on the prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP),by combining with clinical data. Methods The clinical data about 66 patients with SAP who were treated in our hospital from December 2007 to July 2015 were respectively analyzed. The patients were divided into high scores group and low scores group according to intra-abdominal pressure ( IAP), C-reactive protein ( CRP), patient ' s age, white blood cell (WBC), blood calcium, body mass index (BMI),CT scoring and SOFA scoring, then the influencing factors on the prognosis of patients with SAP, pancreas local infection and complications were observed and analyzed .Results There were significant differences in the local infection rate and SOFA scores between survival patients and death cases ( P <0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence rate of CRP high scores group (≥200mg/L) and hospitation time between the patients with complications and the patients without complications ( P <0.05).Moreover there were significant differences in the incidence rate of complications, blood calcium levels, IAP,SOFA,CRP, the length of staying in hospital between the patients with pancreas local infection and the patients without pancreas local infection ( P <0.05).Conclusion SOFA scores can be regarded as important predictive indexes for the prognosis of patients with SAP ,pancreas local infection and complications , moreover,CRP is also an important predictor of complications of SAP .
