Comparative study on the therapeut ic effects of cisplatin combined with oxaliplatin and single pemetrexed on advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer
Abstract:Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic effects of cisplatin combined with oxaliplatin and single pemetrexed on advanced non -small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) .Methods The patients with advanced NSCLC who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were enrolled in the study .According to the administration of chemotherapeutics ,these patients were divided into observation group and control group .The therapeutic effects ,incidence rates of toxic and side effects , tumor markers levels and life quality of patients were observed and compared between two groups . Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor markers between two groups ( P >0.05), however, the levels of tumor markers in both groups were decreased , as compared with those before treatment, moreover , the decrease extent in observation group was more obvious than that in control group .The incidence rate of hematological system toxicity in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group ,however , the incidence rate of digestive tract toxicity was obviously lower than that in control group , but there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of liver and kidney function injury between two groups ( P >0.05),moreover, there were no significant differences in the life quality scores between two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion The cisplatin combined with oxaliplatin has better therapeutic effects on advanced NSCLC ,although incidence rate of hematological toxicity is higher , the incidence rate of digestion tract toxicity is lower .
