Effects of Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin on the serum levels of blood lipids, hs-CRP and TNF-α inpatients with coronary heart disease complicated by hyperlipidemia
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin on the serum levels of blood lipids , high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha ( TNF-α) in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) complicated by hyperlipidemia .Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients with CHD complicated by hyperlipidemia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2016 were divided into control group ( n =76 ) and observation group ( n =76 ) according to random number table .The patients in both groups were treated by conventional therapy , and the patients in control group were treated by rosuvastatin , however , the patients in observation group ,on the basis of control group , were treated by Danhong injection ,with a treatment course of two months for both groups .Then the serum levels of blood lipids ,hs-CRP and TNF-α were detected and compared between two groups.Results After 2-month treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was 94.75%,however,which was 84.21%in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05).After treatment the indexes including CI,CO,EDD,EF in both groups were improved ,moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was more obvious than that in control group ( P <0.05).The serum levels of cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group ,however,the serum levels of high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A -I in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05).After treatment, the levels of Hs-CRP and TNF-αin both groups were obviously decreased , moreover,the decrease degree in observation group was more obvious than that in control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin plays an important role in treatment of CHD complicated by hyperlipidemia ,which can effectively recover heart function of patients and decrease the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors ,thus,which is worth using widely in clinical practice .
