Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of sodium succinate methylprednisolone combined with fiexible bronchofiberscopy on refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia ( RMPP ) .Methods One hundred and twenty patients with RMPP who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into hormone group (group 1),bronchoscopy group (group 2) and combination treatment group (group 3).The patients in hormone group,on the basis of conventional therapy, were given sodium succinate methylprednisolone by intravenous injection, the patients in bronchoscopy group were treated only by bronchoscopy, and the patients in combination treatment group were treated by sodium succinate methylprednisolone combined with fiexible bronchofiberscopy. After treatment, the time of recovery to normal status of chest radiograph, time of cough remission, time of body temperature recovery, the changes of ultra-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( CRP) and adverse reactions were observed and compared among the three groups. Results There were significant differences in the numbers of people with different body temperature among 3 groups, between group 1 and group group 3 and between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).After 2-week treatment, there was a significant difference in the time of body temperature recovery between group 1 and group 3 and between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the time of recovery to normal status of chest radiograph between group 1 and group 3 and between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the the recovery time of CRP between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0.05) .There were significant differences in the therapeutic effects, between group 1 and group group 3 and between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Moreover, after treatment, all the parameters mentioned above in the 3 groups were superior to those before treatment ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The sodium succinate methylprednisolone combined with fiexible bronchofiberscopy in treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can relieve clinical symptoms more quickly, which has certain clinical efficiency.
