Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combination detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), uric acid ( UA) with hemorheological indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) complicated by acute cerebral infarction ( AMI) .Methods One hundred and forty-one patients with ABI who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were selected as observation group, and according to whether the patients suffered from T2DM,these patients were divided into T2DM group ( n =53) and non-T2DM group ( n =88), besides 55 healthy subjects were served as control group. The levels of hs-CRP, UA and hemorheological indexes were detected and compared between two groups. Results The levels of hs-CRP and UA in observation groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05),moreover, which in T2DM group were obviously higher than those in non-T2DM group (P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes in observation groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05),furthermore, which in T2DM group were obviously higher than those in non-T2DM group ( P <0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and UA in lacunar cerebral infarction group, small infarction group and large infarction group, and the hemorheological indexes were increased in order, there were significant differences among the three groups ( P <0.05),moreover, which were increased with the severity of neurologic impairment ( P <0.05).Besides the levels of hs-CRP and UA were positively correlated to those of hemorheological indexes ( P <0.05).Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP,UA and hemorheological indexes are closely correlated to cerebral infarction area and severity of neurologic impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by acute cerebral infarction, which has certain clinical significance in evaluating the pathogenetic condition of patients.
