Therapeutic effects of compound ipratropium bromide atomization solution combined with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation on viral pneumonia in children and its effects on serum immune globulin,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound ipratropium bromide atomization solution combined with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation on viral pneumonia in children and its effects on serum immune globulin,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors .Methods Two hundred and five patients with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into control group ( n =103 ) and treatment group ( n =102 ) .The patients in control group were treated by comprehensive therapy , however , the patients in treatment group , on the basis of control group , were treated by compound ipratropium bromide atomization solution combined with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation .The extinction time of clinical symptoms including dyspnea , short breath, gasping, cough, extinction time of pulmonary rales ,the levels of serum immune globulins (IgA,IgE,IgG,IgM), T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+), the serum levels of inflammatory factors (IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α) were detected and compared between two groups before and after treatment .Moreover the therapeutic effects after treatment were observed and compared between two groups .Results After treatment the clinical symptoms including dyspnea , short breath, gasping, cough, extinction time of pulmonary rales in treatment group were significantly slighter than those in control group ( P <0.05).The levels of IgA and IgG in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment , however,the levels of IgE were obviously lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05). After treatment the levels of IgA ,IgG,IgM in treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in control group,however,the levels of IgE were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in control group ( P <0.05).After treatment the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were obviously higher than those before treatment in both groups , however,the levels of CD8+were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05).After treatment there were significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+, CD4+/CD8+between two groups ( P <0.05).After treatment the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αwere obviously lower than those before treatment in both groups ,moreover,which in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05).The total effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The compound ipratropium bromide atomization solution combined with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation in treatment of viral pneumonia in children can obviously reduce the duration of symptoms , regulate the immune function of organism , decrease inflammatory reactions so us to promote the recovery of children patients .
