The investigation of expression levels of IL-10, TNF-αof different types of bacteria Helicobacter pylori infection in ;patients with peptic ulcer

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression levels of IL-10, TNF-αof different types of bacteria Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori)infection in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods The expression levels of IL-10,TNF-αin serum of 100 patients with H.pylori infection peptic ulcer who were treated in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2014, were detected and compared among different types of H.pylori infection groups.Moreover the expression levels of IL-10,TNF-αwere compared between H.pylori infection duodenal bulb ulcer group and H.pylori infection gastric ulcer group.Results The expression levels of IL-10 in typeⅠH.pylori infection group were significantly higher than those in H.pylori negative group (P<0.05).However the expression levels of IL-10 in typeⅡH.pylori infection group were slightly higher than those in typeⅠH.pylori infection group,there were no significant differences between two groups ( P >0.05).The expression levels of TNF-αin typeⅠH.pylori infection group were significantly higher than those in H.pylori negative group and typeⅡH.pylori infection group ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences in the expression levels of IL-10 between typeⅠas well as type ⅡH.pylori infection duodenal ulcer group and gastric ulcer group ( P >0.05) .The expression levels of TNF-αin typeⅠH.pylori infection duodenal bulb ulcer group were significantly higher than those in gastric ulcer group ( P <0.05), however, there were no significant differences in the expression levels of TNF-αbetween typeⅡH.pylori infection duodenal ulcer group and gastric ulcer group ( P >0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the expression levels of IL-10,TNF-αamong patients with different types of H.pylori infection peptic ulcer,thus,which are valuable in the diagnosis of peptic ulcer in clinic.
