Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endometrial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia induced factor 1α( HIF-1α) and Vasohibin-1 in normal endometriums( NE),endometrial atypical hyperplasia( EAH) and endometrioid adenocarcinoma( EA)tissues, and to explore the correlation between these indexes and clinicopathological characteristics of EA. Methods The expression levels of Vasohibin-1,VEGF and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemistry in 15 cases of NE,30 cases of EAH and 50 cases of EA tissues, and the correlation between these indexes and clinicopathological characteristics of EA was analyzed. Results The expressions levels of VEGF,HIF-1α,and Vasohibin-1 in EA tissues were significantly higher than those in NE tissues( P < 0. 05). The expression levels of VEGF and HIF-1α were closely correlate to clinical surgical staging, which were increased with the advance of clinical stage( P <0. 05),however,the expressions levels of Vasohibin-1 were not related with clinical surgical staging. The expressions of Vasohibin-1 and HIF-1α were positively correlated to those of VEGF in EA tissues( P < 0. 01),however,the expressions of Vasohibin-1 were not related with those of HIF-1α( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The high - expression of Vasohibin-1,VEGF, HIF-1α is observed in EA tissues. The high levels of VEGF can increase the expression levels of Vasohibin-1,however,which can not inhibit neovascularization in EA tissues, thus, there may have the other bypass pathways to regulate the balance between them.
