Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclinD1,p73 and p27 in colorectal cancer tissues. Methods The expression levels of cyclinD1,p73 and p27 were detected in 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal tissues. The correlation between expressions of cyclinD1,p73,p27 and clinical indexes was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of cyclinD1 in colorectal cancer tissues was 68. 3℅(41 / 60),which was significantly higher than 23. 3℅(7 / 30)in normal tissues( P ﹤ 0. 05),moreover,the positive rate was closely correlated to infiltration depth, lymphatic metastasis, dukes staging of colorectal cancer( P ﹤ 0. 01). The positive expression rate of p73 in colorectal cancer tissues was 58. 3℅(35 / 60),which was significantly higher than 3. 3℅(1 / 30)in normal tissues( P ﹤0. 01),furthermore the positive expression rate was closely correlated to differentiation degree, lymphatic metastasis, dukes staging of colorectal cancer( P ﹤ 0. 05). The positive expression rate of p27 in colorectal cancer tissues was 53. 3℅(32 /60),which was significantly lower than 80. 0℅(24 / 30)in normal tissues( P ﹤ 0. 05),besides,the positive expression rate was closely related with differentiation degree, lymphatic metastasis, dukes staging of colorectal cancer( P ﹤ 0. 01 ). Conclusion The expressions of cyclinD1,p73 and p27 are closely correlated to colorectal cancer, therefore, the detection of the three factors is helpful for the evaluation of prognosis of patients with colorectal cance.
