Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between expression levels of estrogen receptor( ER), transforming growth factor -β1(TGF-β1)in endometrial tissues and pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesion. Methods The prospective study method was used to detect the expression levels of ER,TGF-β1 in patients with intrauterine adhesion who underwent hysteroscope operation in our hospital from 2013 to 2015,and to compared these parameters with those of patients without intrauterine adhesion who underwent hysteroscope operation at the same period. Results There were significant differences in the expression levels of TGF-β1 and ER between the two groups and among groups( P < 0. 05),furthermore, the two indexes were positively correlated to the pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesion, and correlation coefficient of TGF-β1 and ER was 0. 872,0. 753,respectively( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression levels of TGF-β1 and ER in patients with intrauterine adhesion are obviously increased, with the aggravation of intrauterine adhesion degree, and there is a better correlation between them, therefore, which can be used as indexes for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of therapeuitic effects.
