Abstract:[A bstar ct] Objce tive To compare the effects between epidural compound general anesthesia and routine general anesthesia on patient’ s stress state in lower abdominal laparoscopic operation in order to provide scientific basis for selecting suitable anesthesia method. Methods Two hundred and thirty-four patients who underwent lower abdominal laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into trial group (epidural compound general anesthesia, n =117) and control group (routine general anesthesia , n =117) .The patient’ s blood pressure ( BP) ,heart rate ( HR) ,cardiac output ( CO) , PETCO2 , glucose (Glu ) ,cortisone ( COR) , epinephrine and AngiotensinⅡ( AngⅡ) before and after operation were measured and compared. Results The blood pressure values at T2(1min after trachea cannula) and T9(10min after extubation) were significantly increased in control group ( P <0.05).The blood pressure values in control group at T6(5min after pneumoperitomeum)and T7(15min after pneumoperitomeum)were significantly increased,as compared with those in trial group( P <0.05).CO was increased at T2,T4 in both groups, furthermore, which in control group was significantly increased( P <0.05).PETCO2 at T6,T7, T8(pneumoperitomeum end)was increased in both groups, however, which in control group was obviously higher than that in trial group( P <0.05).Glu was increased at T6 in both groups, moreover, which in control group was obviously higher than that in trial group( P <0.05).COR,Epinephrine and Ang Ⅱ at T6 and T9 were increased in both groups, however, which in trial group were significantly higher than those in control group( P <0.05).Conclusion For lower abdominal laparoscopic operation, the effects of epidural compound general anesthesia on patient’ s stress state are less, which may be regarded as preferred anesthesia method.
