Therapeutic effect of bayaspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bayaspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction .Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 39 patients in each group .The patients in control group were treated by aspirin,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by clopidogrel. The therapeutic effects were observed for both groups .Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.05),The recanalization rate,blood vessel reocclusion rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group were superior to those in control group ( P <0.05).However there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion The bayaspirin combined with clopidogrel is effective in treating acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction , with good prostecdtive efficacy , few adverse reactions ,which is worth being spread application in clinic .
