The influence of different operative method s hysterectomy for ovarian tissue

Abstract：Objective Through the establishment of animal model of different operative methods of hysterectomy ,to investigate the impact of different range hysterectomy on ovarian cells in order to provide proper operative methods for clinical choice.Methods The 15 adult female New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:whole hysterectomy group,triangularis hysterectomy group ,control group,with 5 rabbits in each group.After 4 months,the specimens of ovary tissue were obtained , ovarian cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry and the developmental condition of ovarian tissue and follicles was observed under light microscope .Results There was no significant difference in the developmental condition of ovarian tissue and follicles between triangularis hysterectomy group and control group ,however,the total number of ovarian follicle in ovarian cortex in whole hysterectomy group was obviously decreased ,and growing follicle at different levels was decreased ,especially mature follicle , so was corpus luteum quantity .There was a significant difference in ovarian cell apoptosis rate between whole hysterectomy group and triangularis hysterectomy group as well as control group ( P <0.05). However there was no significant difference in ovarian cell apoptosis rate between triangularis hysterectomy group and control group ( P >0 .05 ) .Conclusion Triangle hysterectomy is superior to whole hysterectomy , for the former has less adverse effects on ovary than the latter has .
