Effect of Gutengjing capsule on the aching induced by hotp alt e me thod ro tali compression method in ;mice
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Gutengjing capsule on the aching induced by hot plate method or tail compression method in mice .Methods The mice weighted 19~22 g were randomly divided into groups,the mice in different groups were given high-dose,mediand-ose ,low-dose Gutengjing capsule suspension or Jingfukang capsule suspension by gavage ,respectively,and they were given same volume 0.5% CMC.The mouse pain threshold was detected by hot plate method or tail compression method ,respectively ,and the increase value of pain threshold was calculated .Results Both Gutengjing capsule and Jingfukang capsule could significantly enhance mouse pain threshold ( P <0.01);both capsules could obviously increase pressing pain threshold in mice at 30min and 60min ( P <0.01).Conclusion Gutengjing capsule has significant analgesic effect .
