Analysis for risk factor of incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with non-obese and ;non-diabetic essential hypertension

Abstract：Objective To investigate the risk factor and incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) in patients with non-obese and non-diabetic essential hypertension EH .Methods The 325 patients with non-obese and non-diabetic EH were enrolled in the study .All the patients underwent abdominal ultrasound examination for tscreening NAFLD ,and the incidence of NAFLD ,liver function enzyme abnormality and risk factors were observed and analyzed .Results Among the 325 patients,the incidence of NAFLD was 28.0%(91/325), and males were significantly more than females ( P <0.05).The multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that male was independent risk factor of incidence of NAFLD in patients with non -obese and non-diabetic EH . Conclusion The pathogenesis of NAFLD in patients with non-obese and non-diabetic EH is closely correlated to sex,moreover,male is independent risk factor of incidence of NAFLD .
