Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of detection of D-dimer,homocysteine,high sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) in early diagnosis and prognosis in patients with deep vein thrombosis disease. Methods 135 patients with lower extremity fracture were selected as subjects ,in which 46 patients who occurred postoperative deep venous thrombosis were served as observation group and the other 89 patients without postoperative deep venous thrombosis were served as control group .The levels of D-dimer,homocysteine(hs-CRP) in plasma and related clotting function indexes were detected before operation and 1d,2d,3d after operation for all the subjects. Results The levels of D-dimer,homocysteine and hs-CRP in observation group properative at 1d, 2d,3d after operation were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences in PT and APTT one day after operation between two groups ( P >0.05).However PT and APTT at 2d,3d after operation in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of plasma levels of D-dimer,homocysteine and hs-CRP plays an important role in early diagnosis and prognosis of deep vein thrombosis diseases .
