Abstract:Objective To determine the clinical effects of the anesthesia approach with dexmedetomidine ( DEX)-ketamine combination and to study the inhibitory effects of DEX on stress response in patients undergoing upper abdominal surgery .Methods 60 ASAⅠ~Ⅱgastric cancer patients were randomly divided into2 groups. Group Y for (DEX)-ketamine combination group ( n =30),Group D for normal propofol and remifentanil group (n =30).The number of BIS MAP HR were collected in different times .For example, after into operating room (T0),before inducing intubate (T1),instant time of tracheal intubation (T2),5 minutes after skin incision(T3). The blood glucose and cortisol values and the noradrenergic concentration values were detected by Roche electrochemical apparatus and microplate reader .Results After anethesis inducing , blood pressure , heart rate , blood glucose, cortisol in Group Y compared in four times, there was no statistical differences ( P >0.05).BIS value in T1、T2、T3 decreased obviously( P <0.05);the difference in T1、T2、T3 had no statistical differences( P>0.05).The noradrenergic in groupY at T2 and T3 increased obviously ( P <0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia approach with dexmedetomidine-ketamine combination has good clinical effects .
