The influence of Aldosterone ant agonists on left ventricular diastolic function of the pateints with coronary heart disease
Abstract：Objective To research the influence of Aldosterone Antagonists on left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with Coronary Heart Disease .Mtehods The seventy -five patients who were with Coronary Heart Disease diagnosed by Coronary Artery Angiography , and were randomly divided into two groups:Conventional and Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone treatment group ; to determine left ventricular diastolic function with ultrasound strain rate at the time of six month before or after treatment .Results After treatment,two groups both had different level's improvements on ultrasound strain rate; compared of the two groups ,Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone treament group had remarkable improvement which had Statistics difference . Conclusion At the basis of conventional treatment , Add Aldosterone Antagonists Spironolactone could improve the left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with coronary heart disease , and had better results with the extensionof time.
