Abstract:In order to study the trend and response of karst carbon sink fluxes under climate and land use changes, the spatial and temporal dynamic variation of karst carbon sink fluxes in Enshi Prefecture from 2000 to 2020 were calculated based on the global erosion model for CO2 fluxes(GEM-CO2),and the impacts of climate and land use changes on karst carbon sink fluxes were analyzed. The results showed that:the spatial and temporal variation of karst carbon fluxes in Enshi Prefecture from 2000 to 2020 were conspicuous, with a steady upward trend in time and a distribution pattern of"high in the south and low in the north"in space, and the multi-year average value of karst carbon sink fluxes was 3.87×105 t/a;the precipitation showed a positive correlation with the change of karst carbon sink fluxes, and evaporation showed a negative correlation with the change of karst carbon sink fluxes;the response of karst carbon sink fluxes to land use change in different periods was different. This study was reflected that CO2 consumed by carbonate rock weathering was involved in the global carbon cycle, and provided scientific basis for the implementation of rational land use and carbon sequestration and sink enhancement measures.
