Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it was difficult to measure the speed of moving targets in high speed flying state in shooting range experiment,a method of speed measurement for high-speed flying targets based on a scanning galvanometer system was proposed.Initially, the method was grounded on the galvanometer shooting system and utilized adaptive background difference and similarity evaluation methods to process the sequence image and obtained the periodic similarity level of the image.Subsequently, the signal period was reconstructed by a period algorithm chirp-Z transform(CZT)to determine the speed.Additionally, the effects of illumination conditions, frame rate, and image resolution on the measurement accuracy of this method were experimentally studied. The results indicated that the maximum relative error of the system was less than±0.65%within the range of 100~900r/min,and the accuracy index was less than 1%.The proposed method is characterized by advantages such as non-contact measurement, absence of marking, and low cost, enabling high precision measurement.
