Abstract：For the purpose of practicability of cigarette blending and easy operability of blend threshing of tobacco leaf ,the effect of selecting ,batch processing and different tobacco matching grading during blend threshing process on the uniformity and stability of quality of redried lamina is studied by analyzing chem -ical components.The results are as follows:①The more the different grading tobacco selected ,the better the subdivision of tobacco quality ,the purity of blend threshing and the uniformity of redried lamina .②To evaluate the uniformity of batch processing module reasonably , each batch processing should be evaluated firstly,and the difference among the batches should be evaluated secondly .③The results of the study on the classification of tobacco processing modules during 2013-2015 indicated that the coefficient of varia-tion of nicotine decreased with the increase of the grading of blend threshing tobacco leaf which were in -cluded in each module .
