On Integer Solution of the Diophantine Equation x3+1=3Qy2

Abstract：Let Q=pn∏i=1ri(n∈Z+),ri≡-1(mod 6) be different odd primes and p≡1(mod 6) be odd prime.The only solution in integers of the Diophantine equations in title is x=-1,y=0 is proved with the help of some properties of the solutions to Pell equation,congruence,quadratic residue and recursive se?quence.
