Jitter Suppression of Gain-switched Semiconductor Lasers

Abstract：Based on outside injection laser single-mode rate equation,this paper analyzed the factors that influence the DFB laser output pulse width.By analyzing different modulation current,modulation frequen-cy with output injection pulse width, pulse jitter relationship,and simulating the data gained by the exper-imental process,we obtain the optimal conditions for the low jitter output.
