Application of Multivariate Nonlinear Regression Analysis in Grape Wine Quality Evaluation

Abstract：In this paper,we analyze the correlation between wine grapes and wine quality,physicochemi-cal index and wine quality,and establish a multivariate nonlinear regression analysis model.By solving the model,we obtain the solution and compare it to the original value.The result shows the model is reasona-ble.
