Abstract：This atricle sets up an improved SIRS epidemic mathematical model with constant immigration for the spread of rice blast fungus, and analyzes qualitatively to this model.It is found that every bounded solution is tending towards stable sets of this SIRS epidemic mathematical model with constant immigra-tion.
