Analysis and Evalu ation on Overall Flavor of Rsoarxob urghii Juice by Electronic Nose

Abstract：Electronic nose detection was used for flavor analysis of roxburgh rose juice of different maturi-ty, shelf-life during refrigeration and concentration as well as adulteration detection of roxburgh rose juice.The results show that electronic nose can accurately discriminate the complete odor with different maturity,storage periods during refrigeration and concentrations of roxburgh rose juice samples as well as identify and judge the concentrations of unknown samples.
