Chemical Components Analysis of Different Parts of Litsea Cubeba Volatile Oil

Abstract：Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction ( HS -SPME) was used to extract the volatile oil in the Lindera glauca fruit and flowers,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) was used to identify volatile constituents of the Lindera glauca fruit and flowers.The results showed that the Lindera glauca fruit contain 28 kinds of volatile compounds,the major compounds are Cis-pinene, (-) -pi-nene,camphene,myrcene,limonene,alpha,( E) -citral,citronellal,et al;And 19 compounds identified in Lindera glauca flowers,mainly Sabinene, alpha-myrcene,terpineol,8-heptadecene,eucalyptol,et al.vol-atile compounds from the Lindera glauca fruit and flowers were analyzed,for a comprehensive understand-ing of the difference of the volatile constituents compounds between fruit and flowers,as well as the nature and application of the Lindera glauca fiowers.
