Optimization for Shape Fixation of Enshiyulu Tea during the Procession

Abstract：Taking the 6CZG-80 Shape-fixing machine as the experimental subject,orthogonal design ex-periment was conducted the water content ( 15%, 20%, 25%) , temperature( 20, 40, 80℃) and time ( 10,20,30 min) to optimize the shape-fixing technology of Enshiyulu.The result indicated that the 6CZG-80 shape-fixing machine could meet the demand of“shaping and lustering”.The orthogonal test showed that suitable technology process parameters of 6CZG-80 Shape-fixing Machine were as follows:the water content of leaf is 15%~20%,the temperature is 40~80℃and the time is 10~20 minutes, with the best parameters of 40℃,15%and 10 min.
