Study on the Extraction Technology Separation and Purification of Flavonoid from Yams Bubil

Abstract：The flavonoids extraction process and the optimal chromatogram solution for paper chromato-graph were studied .With the orthogonal experiment , the extraction technology was optimized .At the same time the flavonoids were separated and purified with the paper chromatograph ,and the chromatographits results were obtained through fluorescent color under the ultraviolet .The results showed that with 80 per-cent of the alcohol solution , at 75℃, extracting time 3 hours , returning three times ,the best and biggest of bulbil flavonoids was 5.494 mg/g.and the average recovery rate was 99.41%.The optimal chromato-gram solution was methanol:acetic acid:water ( 20 ∶15 ∶85 ) , and the flavonoid from Yams bubil were separated into four kinds of substance .
