Abstract：This paper studied the biological efficiency of Agaricus blazei Murill cultivated with residue of Pleurotus Eryngii,and the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the nutritional value of the protein amino acids and heavy metals content .From the comprehensive consideration of economic ben-efit, nutrition and food security , ecological benefits , adding 50%of Agaricus blazei Murill residue can a-chieve the best result .
