Distributions and Application of Order Statistics in Optimal Efficiency
Abstract：In this paper, we study distributions and application of order statistics. We prove that the improved maximum order statistics is minimum variance unbiased estimation among three unbiasal estimetion for uniform distribution U（0,θ）.
