A Storage Reliability Model Considering the Effect of Inspection
Abstract：Based on the data of periodic inspection, we considered the effect of inspection on product reliability, and give a new storage reliability model. For this model, we give the method of parameter estimation. A numerical example is provided to prove the validity of the model.
