Study on the Static Cracking Agent
Abstract：In this paper,the SCA was prepared by L9（4^3） orthogonal design. It was studied on the influ- ence of Incorporation of calcium oxide, the cement, the plaster and expansive soils for expansive pressure of SCA. The results showed that the most significant factor was calcium oxide, the second was expansive soils, the third was the Cement. The optimum conditions for SCA were as follows ： the mass ratio of calcium oxide was 75% ,the mass ratio of the cement was 9% ,the mass ratio of the plaster was 3%, the mass ratio of expansive soils was 10%, the mass ratio of water reducing was 1% the mass ratio of fly ash was 2%. Compared with the existed production process, the developed SCA has an easy production process and a fast reaction velocity. The process has good industrial applications.
