Different Grade Konjac of Storage Period of Relevance and Water Loss Substance
Abstract：In this paper, we study different grade konjac kind of storage period of relevance and water loss substance. The results show that the following 10 g,about 25,75 g and 150 g kind of taro storage period fluid loss rate respectively are 38.40% , 35.12% , 24.72% , 21.99% , respectively, and water loss correlation equations are y = -0. 759x ＋ 31094 （ RE = 0.9783 ）, y = -0. 7717x ＋ 31630 （ RE = 0. 979 ）, y = - 0. 5516x＋22724 （ R^2 =0. 9761 ） ,y= -0. 3809x＋15732（ RE =0. 984） respectively,and rate emergence are 87.43% ,93.33% , 100.00%, 100.00% ,respectively. Also we found that, on average, 3.33 g processing quality, small seed storage period to do too much water loss die,die for rate is 5.77%.
