Detection of Atrazine in Solution by SPE-GC
Abstract：The atrazine in solution was firstly enriched by C18 SPE column,then flushed with dichloromethane.Eluate purged with Nitrogen after dried via anhydrous sodium sulfate,and fixed the solution volumn with methanol before detection by GC-NPD.To be calculated by 3 times the ratio of signal to noise,the atrazine detection limit of this method atrazine is 1.5×10-5mg/L.The recovery ratio of atrazine was between 83.2%~119.6%.This method can be applied for the atrazine detection of water sample.
