Research on Integration of Electric Absorption Molulation with Distributed Feedback Lasers
Abstract：The integrated theory of distributed feelback semiconluctor laser and electrical absorption modulator is analyzed.A series system made up of the two is designed.The characteristics of the short pulse signal produced under this system are analyzed.The conclusion is that the communication source under this scheme has excellent performance.
