Design of Monitor System for Oxygen-Enriched Ceramic Kiln
Abstract：According to the characteristics of the oxygen-enriched ceramic kiln such as high-temperature flame,fast heating and requirement of coordinate-control of temperature,pressure and ambience,a monitor system based on IPC＋PLC＋Profibus DP architecture for oxygen-enriched ceramic kiln is proposed in this paper,including the configuration of the hardware system and the architecture of the monitor software.The test shows that the monitor system can meet the control requirements of the oxygen-enriched ceramic kiln well and the safety,real-time and anti-interference performances are satisfactory.
