A SDRAM Controller Disigned by FPGA
Abstract：Synchronous dynamic random access memory（SDRAM） is extremely important and widely used in the data acquisition and image processing,but the read-write logic and control circuit are complex.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward a general SDRAM controller,which can simplify some interface timing and improve the read-write efficiency and utilization rate of SDRAM.Verilog language is used in the chip of xilinx Spartan-3A FPGA K4S643232H to achieve it.The experimental results show the controller can realize read-write control over SDRAM,with high read-write efficiency and simple interface circuit.
