Studies on Isozymes of Dipsacus from Different Origins
Abstract：In order to analyze genetic relation-ship Dipsacus from different origins in Enshi,Dipsacus from eight areas of Enshi were conducted on peroxidase and superoxide dismutase isozyme analysis,by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.A total of 5 POD and 4 SOD isozymes were electrophoresed out.The cluster analysis shhws that the Dipsacus in Yuanbao of Lichuan city and the Disacus in Shuanghe of Enshi City have very close genetic relationship,the Disacus in Taiping of Hefeng County and the Disacus in Yutangba of Enshi City also have close genetic relationship,but the Dipsacus in Lücongpo of Badong County is quite different from that of other areas.
