Optimization of Rapid Propagation System for Dendrobium Candidum
Abstract：This article studied the improvement of rapid propagation system for Dendrobium candidum.The results showed that the best medium for the axillary bud induction of Dendrobium candidum was MS＋NAA 1.0 mg·L-1＋6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1,induction rate was 95%.Adding 2 g·L-1 activated carbon or 2.5 g·L-1 Vitamin C to the medium can effectively prevent the explants browning.The improved rooting medium was 1/2MS＋IBA 2.0 mg·L-1,and the rooting rate was over 90%.
