Abstract:As urbanization progresses and population density escalates, subways have become a critical infra-structure in modern cities. However, the complex spatial structure exacerbates safety hazards during evacuation.Based on actual subway surveys of subway stations,a model was constructed using Anylogic simu-lation software.Through literature research, parameters were established to design daily behavior logic for pe-destrians entering, transferring, and exiting the station. This approach not only simulates interactions within the station but also constructs emergency evacuation logic. The developed evacuation model collects pedestrian movement data, quantifies the "danger coefficient" of pedestrians, and categorizes their safety status.A Cat-Boost classification model is employed to predict and evaluate pedestrian safety levels. The research findings provide relevant data support for optimizing subway station facility layouts and formulating emergency response plans, which are crucial for improving evacuation efficiency and reducing safety risks.
